Demandex is an engineering SaaS platform built to automate National Electrical Code (NEC 2020 & 2023) load calculations, panel scheduling, and permit-ready documentation. Built to replace manual calculations and complex spreadsheets, the platform features automated standard and optional calculation methods, dynamic panel phase balancing, AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) compliance presets, and instant plan-check PDF exports.
